About us
We are the Mardaleishvili family from Georgia, and for many years it has been our great dream to open our own Georgian restaurant and share our culture with others. On October 18, 2025, this dream finally became reality. After a great deal of hard work, planning, and passion, we were able to open our restaurant, and since then we have been delighted every day to welcome our guests.
Our family has been living in Germany for many years. Olga and Otari have been here for more than 12 years and have grown both professionally and personally during this time. Olga completed professional training in German cuisine, which gives her not only solid expertise but also valuable experience in gastronomy. At the same time, she remains deeply connected to traditional Georgian cuisine, which she prepares with great love and authenticity. Otari has also gained experience in gastronomy and supports the restaurant with great dedication.
About six years ago, our children also came to Germany. They study here while actively helping us in the daily life of the restaurant with great commitment and heart. Together, as a family, we work hand in hand to offer our guests a truly special experience.
Our restaurant is a genuine family restaurant where hospitality comes first. It is important to us that every guest feels welcome and comfortable almost like visiting friends or family. We place great value on fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and authentic preparation in order to showcase the richness of Georgian cuisine.
With great attention to detail, warm service, and delicious food, we want to offer our guests not just a meal, but also a piece of Georgian culture. Our goal is for every visit to end with a smile and remain a beautiful memory.
